A WhatsApp platform for real estate agencies and restaurants. It qualifies buyers, answers guests and books viewings and tables, and it never invents an answer.
What I built. The conversation engine, a dashboard for sales teams and hosts, calendar sync, reservations, and the marketing sites for each industry.

An AI resume tailor. You upload a resume and paste a job description, and it rewrites the resume for that role in under a minute, without inventing anything.
What I built. The web app and the tailoring flow, from resume upload to a reviewed, role-specific version.

BCN Student Concierge
An online service that helps international students in Barcelona sort their residency paperwork. Students apply, pay and upload documents in one place.
What I built. The six-language website, student portal, card payments and invoices, form filling, and encrypted document storage with automatic deletion.

AI Bust Odds
Open research on how likely an AI investment bust is and how much damage it would do. A live dashboard recalculates the odds from public filings and market data.
What I built. The models, the data pipeline that pulls from SEC, Treasury and market feeds, the dashboard, and the published paper with its code.

Per-record keys, with automatic deletion to match the retention promised to users.
Webhooks are verified and processed once
Signed requests, durable queues, retries and idempotent handlers, so a repeated event never repeats an action.
Tested, rate limited and documented
Automated test suites cover the core paths, public endpoints are throttled, and each repository explains why it is built the way it is.
